Having gained invaluable experience as investors, Landlords and Tenants ourselves, the AcQuest team have developed a unique perspective into all aspects of the Lettings industry allowing us to fully comprehend the different requirements presented by our two client groups. As Property Managers we have applied that knowledge to ensure that the service package we offer both our Landlords and our Tenants is second to none.
- Landlords, Require that their property is managed efficiently, effectively and that all legal requirements are met and maintained. Void periods need to be kept to a minimum and management fees must remain realistic in order that maximum investment returns can be obtained.
- Tenants, Require the assurance of high quality, affordable, safe and secure accommodation in which to build a home.
Our Landlords and Tenants receive the same high standards and attention to detail at all times. Sound communication skills are crucial and you will always know what is going on and where you stand at every stage of the letting process.
"Within Lincolnshire we have become a benchmark company and have taken a number of key steps to ensure that our clients are assured of our knowledge, ability and integrity."
- We are fully licensed by The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). As such we are governed by the ARLA Code of Practice which provides a framework of ethical and professional standards at a level far higher than the law demands. ARLA stipulate that their member Agents conform to very stringent criteria which must be re-assessed annually to ensure ongoing membership.
- We are licensed by The National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS) - an accreditation scheme for Lettings and Management Agents. This offers peace of mind to Landlords and Tenants and assures them that they are dealing with a firm which agrees to meet defined levels of customer service.
- We are members of The Property Ombudsmen - Lettings. This scheme sets out a framework within which member Agents must operate and the standards of service they must provide for both Landlords and Tenants. Member Agents must follow The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice

- After 6 April 2007, all deposits taken for Assured Shorthold Tenancies must covered by a Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. To comply with this requirement, we are members of The Dispute Service (TDS) an independent, not-for-profit company established in 2003 to resolve complaints and disputes arising in the private rented sector speedily, cost-effectively and fairly.
- We actively pursue ongoing staff training and development with The National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) and ARLA to ensure that we maintain a broad and current knowledge base of this ever changing industry.
