Charlotte Herrick - Lettings Negotiator
Charlotte joined us in 2008. She is a knowledgeable Lettings Negotiator with almost seven years of experience within the property industry. She has been born and brought up in Lincoln and her combination of professional experience and local knowledge is invaluable to our Landlords. Her responsibilities include activating and processing new property instructions, administering Landlord's paperwork, progressing prospective Tenant applications and obtaining references. She co-ordinates Tenancy start and end dates, administers insurances and negotiates contracts between Landlords and Tenants. She prepares Tenancy Agreements, negotiates Tenancy Renewals, prepares Memorandums of Agreement and serves appropriate Notices where necessary. She then re-activates properties onto the market when they come up for re-let and ensures that Landlords are kept informed at all times.
