Iain O'May (MARLA) - Company and Financial Director
Iain is the cornerstone of our company and oversees all aspects of our business activity. He is a fully licensed ARLA agent and has been a Landlord for many years. He is primarily responsible for managing the financial administration of the property portfolio which includes rent processing, contractor's invoices, Landlord's financial statements, administration of paperwork associated with the Non-Residents Landlord Scheme and Tenant's Deposit registration and returns. He is an excellent communicator and will spend as much time as necessary with prospective Landlords to assist and advise them on all aspects of the Letting process; whilst always mindful of their particular circumstances and requirements.  Iain also conducts viewings with prospective Tenants, and carries out Tenancy Move in / Move outs to ensure that the exacting standards we set are maintained at all times.  He is very highly regarded by our clients for his knowledge, ability and integrity and is entirely committed to the provision of an excellent level of service.
