Julie Hall (MARLA) - Property Management Co-ordinator
Julie joined us in early 2010 and has quickly become established as an important member of our close knit team. Born and brought up in Lincoln, she graduated from Lincoln University and has gained several years experience as a Lettings Negotiator during which she has qualified as a member of ARLA. Julie is responsible for co-ordinating the ongoing management of our property portfolio. She processes incoming Tenant enquiries, books and conducts viewings. She liaises with Landlord's following valuation meetings to arrange for the property to be prepared for rental, compiles Inventories and Schedules of Conditions and is responsible for conducting Periodic Property Inspections; providing comprehensive written reports for Landlords after each one. She conducts Tenancy Move Out procedures and compiles End of Tenancy Reports for Tenants. Julie ensures that Inventories are refreshed and in conjunction with the Lettings Manager prepares properties in readiness prior to re-letting. Our Landlords are reassured by her thorough reporting and Tenants are confident that any issues arising from visits will be dealt with quickly and effectively.
