Sam O'May - Office & Lettings Manager
Having worn many of the hats in the early days of the company, Sam now co-ordinates the team and manages all aspects of our Letting and Property Management activity. Her prime responsibility is to ensure we maintain a seamless service for our Landlords and Tenants and that the property portfolio is managed to the highest standard. Sam is responsible for our compliance to ARLA, NALS and the Property Ombudsman (Lettings) and implements the company's advertising/ marketing strategy. She conducts Landlord's Rental Valuations, and viewings with prospective Tenants, oversees periodic visits, move out reports and dilapidation assessments where necessary.

As an experienced investor and Landlord with a passion for all things 'property', Sam knows the local market inside out and relishes acting as a property finder for investors, conducting viewings on their behalf and often saving them considerable time and more importantly money! These properties are then Let and Managed by AcQuest - providing a complete one-stop shop for Landlords.
