Empty Nest Management Service

Our unique empty nest management service is the perfect solution for property owners who have a property aside from their main dwelling which is vacant, used infrequently, or will remain empty for an extended period of time without the intention to let or sell.

Ideally suited to absent owners such as those living abroad or a long drive away, we can offer a bespoke service to ensure that your property is visited, checked for security, maintained and cleaned as necessary allowing you complete peace of mind in your absence

We can visit the property at intervals of your choosing; arrange regular gardening services, repairs and maintenance. If the property is used as a second / holiday home, we understand that you do not want to waste precious time being tied up with cleaning and laundry. We can arrange for the property to be cleaned prior to your arrival and ensure that you have fresh bread, milk and groceries awaiting your arrival. Similarly we can arrange for the property to be cleaned after you have left and even arrange for towels and bed linen to be laundered for you

The service is entirely individualised so you can cherry pick which aspects of the service you wish to use and once we have established your exact requirements, we will be able to price accordingly
