• Our Tenancy Agreements have been drafted by a team of solicitors who specialise in Landlord / Tenant law. You will find them to be very comprehensive but also written in plain English to avoid confusion and ensure full understanding.
• Security Deposits are held in a designated Client Account in accordance with recommended practice and are registered with the Tenancy Dispute Service (TDS), or with the Landlords Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
• All of our unfurnished properties come with carpets, window dressings, light fittings and cookers for your convenience.
