as we can to find the home you are looking for and will keep you
well informed of the progress of your enquiry and any subsequent
tenancy application you make.
Our experience of life on both sides of a tenancy agreement has
enabled us to gain a full insight into your needs and ultimately
we understand that your priority is to find a safe and secure
property in which to build a home for the duration of the tenancy.

At AcQuest we can offer you the peace of mind that all of our
managed properties are CORGI gas safety certificated, and
inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety.

Our tenancy agreements have been drawn up by a team of solicitors
who specialise in landlord / tenant law. You will find them to be
very comprehensive but also written in plain English to avoid
confusion and ensure full understanding.

Security deposits (bonds) are held in a designated Client Account
in accordance with recommended practice and are registered with Tenancy Dispute Service (TDS), a Government approved tenancy deposit scheme.

All of our unfurnished properties come with carpets, curtains,
light fittings and cookers for your convenience.
From your first interaction with us you will find us to be
knowledgeable and professional, but most of all friendly and
approachable! We value our tenants highly and as such we will
endeavour to develop a sound working relationship with you. Often,
this is the fundamental key to a long and successful tenancy.
